Always looking to improve the company's service offerings and gain an edge in the competitive real estate market, Ray White Whiteman and Associates Director, David Whiteman approached Fino Designs with a goal to create a web site that was both fresh, informative and easy to navigate. David's own hands-on approach to running the business was extended through to the website, with an aim to be able to create new postings to the website frequently that would be informative and relevent to visitors and serve to keep the content fresh.

The desire to have the website work as more than a static site was strong, leading to the creation of an online leads management system and live listing updates that are displayed through custom PHP scripts and css templates to make the users browsing experience as visual as possible, whilst ensuring that each listing is displayed in the best possible light.

To enable the posting of news updates to the site by the client, a blogging component was added to the website, allowing logged in employees to post information to the front page of the site simply by logging into the internet and adding their text.

Feedback and enquiry forms are linked throughout to enable users to enquire about buying and selling options at any point throughout their visit to the site.

The result is a website that is constantly being updated and remains fresh and active - with a completely user friendly, internet userface!
